2026 Women's AI Challenge — Official Rules

Last Updated: April 22, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE CONTEST, OR TO CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, WHICH WILL, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION, REQUIRE YOU TO SUBMIT CLAIMS YOU HAVE AGAINST SPONSOR (AS DEFINED BELOW) TO BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION. UNDER THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, (1) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING, AND (2) YOU WILL ONLY BE PERMITTED TO SEEK RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

The 2026 Women's AI Challenge (the "Contest") begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on May 1, 2026 (the "Contest Start Date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2026 (the "Contest End Date") (such period referred to herein as the "Contest Period"). The Contest is sponsored by VWS LLC (the "Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest shall be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, INSTAGRAM'S TERMS OF USE, TIKTOK'S TERMS OF USE, LINKEDIN'S TERMS OF USE, OR X'S TERMS OF USE BY ANY ENTRANT MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES (INCLUDING THOSE AS WINNER, IF APPLICABLE) WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Prize Disbursements

The Sponsor will make disbursement of each cash prize within thirty (30) days of the applicable Winner's execution of the Affidavit (as defined below). Coaching calls (where offered) must be scheduled within sixty (60) days of Grand Prize Winner notification; calls not scheduled within this period will be forfeited.

In order to receive a prize, Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including name, age, address, and date of birth.

Winners who are residents of the United States and earn a prize with a value of $600 or greater will be issued a 1099 U.S. Tax Form for the retail value of the prize.

Section 3

Entrant Eligibility

The Contest is open only to entrants who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. By participating in the Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and participating creators, and warrants that she/he/they are eligible to participate in the Contest.

Post Eligibility

A Post will only be eligible if such Post (a) meets the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1 above, including the specified hashtag; (b) is original and created by the entrant making such Post; (c) is provided on a public-facing account on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X; (d) does not disparage Sponsor, participating creators, sponsoring brands, or any other person or party affiliated with Sponsor or the Contest; (e) is posted during the applicable period; (f) does not contain content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or infringing; and (g) complies with, and the applicable entrant complies with, the terms of service and other policies of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X, as applicable.

THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Sponsor may immediately disqualify any entrant if such entrant violates any terms of these Official Rules, including the foregoing eligibility requirements, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Section 4

Use of Posts

By entering the Contest, you automatically represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, and do hereby grant, to Sponsor and participating creators the paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive right and license to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the Post (in whole or in part, including any screenshots or videos therein) worldwide and/or to incorporate all or any portion of it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party that may exist in the Post; and (b) use the Post for any promotional, marketing, or advertising purpose related to the Contest or to future iterations of similar programs.

Under no circumstances will Sponsor be required to treat any Post as confidential. Sponsor is entitled to use the Post for any purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person.

Section 5

Selection of Winners

Weekly Winners

Each Weekly Prize Winner will be selected by that week's designated creator host (the "Weekly Host") from all eligible entries posted during the applicable Challenge Week.

Weekly Hosts:

  • Week 1 Judge: Aria Lin
  • Week 2 Judge: Jenny Stojkovic
  • Week 3 Judge: Aditi Mishra
  • Week 4 Judge: Shira Lazar

Each Weekly Host will select a Winner based on the following criteria:

  • Authenticity (25%): The Post is genuine, personal, and reflects real engagement with the week's theme.
  • Impact (25%): The Post clearly demonstrates how AI enabled a specific outcome, action, or insight.
  • Alignment with Contest Theme (25%): The Post aligns with the week's themed area.
  • Storytelling (25%): The Post communicates the AI experience in an engaging, clear way.

In the event of a tie, the entrant whose Post received the highest score for Authenticity, as determined by the Weekly Host in her sole discretion, will be deemed the Weekly Winner.

Grand Prize Winner

The Grand Prize Winner will be selected through a two-step judging process:

  • Each Weekly Host will nominate two to three (2–3) finalists from all eligible Grand Prize entries, creating a shortlist of eight to twelve (8–12) Finalists.
  • All five (5) participating creators (Sabrina Ramonov, Aria Lin, Jenny Stojkovic, Aditi Mishra, Shira Lazar) will collectively select the Grand Prize Winner from the Finalists based on the same criteria listed above, with additional weight given to demonstrated transformation across multiple themed areas.

In the event of a tie between two or more Finalists, the entrant whose Post received the highest score for Authenticity will be deemed the Grand Prize Winner.

Winner Notification

Each of the Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where the winning Post was published and/or via the email address associated with the Winner's Contest registration. Such notification will occur on or about June 2, 2026. Such notification shall include instructions for proper acceptance of the prize. In the event a Winner does not accept a prize, a Winner is ineligible, or the prize or prize notification is not deliverable, an alternate Winner may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a Winner. The judging decisions of the Weekly Hosts and the full creator panel are final and binding. Each Winner agrees to Sponsor's use of her/his/their name, address (city and state only), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.

Where lawful, Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release ("Affidavit") within seven (7) days of notification.

Section 6

Conditions

Sponsor, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, participating creators, sponsoring brands, and their respective agents, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, insurers, servants, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors (the "Released Entities"), are not responsible for, shall not be liable for, and hereby disclaim all liability arising from or relating to: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer, or other malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether human or technical; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or e-mail transmissions; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, or from participation in the Contest; or (f) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Contest should any unauthorized human intervention, force majeure event, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. As used herein, an event of force majeure shall be deemed to include, without limitation, an act of God; pandemic; war, riot, or civil commotion; terrorism; fire; casualties; utility failure; boycott; labor dispute, strike, or stoppage (including a strike by the members of any union); an act of any federal, state, or local authorities; or any other similar or dissimilar act beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

In the event that proper administration of the Contest is prevented by such causes as contemplated above, Sponsor shall be relieved of its executory obligations with regard to awarding the prizes or any portion thereof (except to the extent such obligations may not be relieved pursuant to applicable laws).

By participating in the Contest, the entrants and Winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Entities, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising out of or relating to the Contest, participation in the Contest, any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or any portion thereof that may have been awarded, including but not limited to statutory and common law claims for misappropriation or the entrant's right of publicity.

The Contest shall be governed by Florida law.

Section 7

Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

a. Agreement to Arbitrate

This Section 7 is referred to in these Official Rules as the "Arbitration Agreement." You agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor, whether arising out of or relating to these Official Rules (including any alleged breach thereof), any advertising, any aspect of the relationship or transactions between us, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court, in accordance with the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court, if your claims qualify. Further, this Arbitration Agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, and such agencies can, if the law allows, seek relief against us on your behalf. You agree that, by entering into these Official Rules, you and Sponsor are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement.

b. Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief

YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT EACH OF US MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S OR PARTY'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS PROCEEDING. ALSO, THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF (INCLUDING MONETARY, INJUNCTIVE, AND DECLARATORY RELIEF) ONLY IN FAVOR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE RELIEF NECESSITATED BY THAT PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM(S).

c. Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution

Sponsor is always interested in resolving disputes amicably and efficiently, and most concerns can be resolved quickly by emailing Sponsor at hello@thewomencreators.com. If such efforts prove unsuccessful, a party who intends to seek arbitration must first send to the other, by certified mail, a written Notice of Dispute ("Notice"). The Notice to Sponsor should be sent to VWS LLC, 2515 SW 35th Pl, 214, Gainesville, FL 32608 ("Notice Address"). The Notice must (i) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and (ii) set forth the specific relief sought. If Sponsor and you do not resolve the claim within sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice is received, you or Sponsor may commence an arbitration proceeding.

d. Arbitration Procedures

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's ("AAA") rules and procedures, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (collectively, the "AAA Rules"), as modified by this Arbitration Agreement. For information on the AAA, please visit its website, http://www.adr.org. If there is any inconsistency between any term of the AAA Rules and any term of this Arbitration Agreement, the applicable terms of this Arbitration Agreement will control unless the arbitrator determines that the application of the inconsistent Arbitration Agreement terms would not result in a fundamentally fair arbitration.

e. Costs of Arbitration

Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules, unless otherwise provided in this Arbitration Agreement. If the value of the relief sought is $75,000 or less, at your request, Sponsor will pay all Arbitration Fees.

f. Confidentiality

All aspects of the arbitration proceeding, and any ruling, decision, or award by the arbitrator, will be strictly confidential for the benefit of all parties.

g. Severability

If a court or the arbitrator decides that any term or provision of this Arbitration Agreement other than Section 7(b) above is invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree to replace such term or provision with a term or provision that is valid and enforceable. If a court decides that any of the provisions of Section 7(b) is invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of this Arbitration Agreement shall be null and void. The remainder of these Official Rules will continue to apply.

Section 8

Winners List

To obtain the name, city, and state of the Winners, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope marked "2026 Women's AI Challenge Winners List" to Sponsor at the address below. Requests for the Winners list must be received no later than ninety (90) days from the Contest End Date (residents of Vermont and Washington need not include return postage).
